NU41SB
As much as I don't want to see him leave. It will be tough to keep him from a DC job, considering ties on both sides of the fence. Keep in mind I really want him to stay with the Huskers, just going to be tough to do IMO Quote Link to comment
huskers1
If he does leave does that open the door for Jimmy Williams? Quote Link to comment
HuskerTrucker
This really bites, but I guess it is just a reality of the "New NCAA" - seems like anything to do with sports goes to the highest bidder anymore, loyalty to a school or franchise is nothing more than the past anymore. Moving up to a DC is a huge step up. And that actually speaks well of Pelini in that his coaches are being sought after. That attracts the best guys when you do need to fill an opening. He's a hell of a recruiter and I would hate to lose him, but at the same time a DC job I cant blame him for taking. Quote Link to comment
huskerfan500
I cant blame him if he goes, but I would would like him to see him stay. Is it time to open up the rumorville again for a new LB coach Quote Link to comment
Drowning_in_the_Sea_of_Red
Does anybody here think he's ready to be a DC? Quote Link to comment

Ohio Pete
Does anybody here think he's ready to be a DC? but the USF head coach is a D guy so he probably is interested in putting in someone like-minded who he can mentor. Seems to be working for the Pelinis. Quote Link to comment
