Bad Feeling

Recommended Posts

I have a very bad feeling about tonights game. For the love of God, tell me I'm wrong! Tell me the Huskers will kick some butt tonight. I think V-Tech has me paranoid!! :wasted

I can relate because prior to reading your post, I felt like the lone pessimist on this board. I can't seem to shake off Texas Tech (twice), Texas (Nunn fumble), the disaster against OU last year, and Virginia Tech this year. We haven't beaten a ranked team in how long? I feel like we're snake bitten and when was the last time we won in Columbia? And to top it all off, the weather looks like crap...

I dunno..I feel guilty for feeling this way too. I feel like I should be more confident. For the love of God, please Huskers prove me wrong!

IMHO Nebraska's downfall against VT was because we didn't take care of business and finish what we started late in the game. Since then, Nebraska has a new attitude. Nebraska needs to realize when it's got Missouri against the ropes, no letting up. I have a good feeling about tonight's game. I'm more worried about wicked lightning and the game being postponed.

I think the weather would definately favor us, it would turn it into a ground dogfight, and I would like our chances going head to head in a rushing battle.

Your bad feeling is only because the game should be a tough one for each team, there is a reason the point spread is minimal, it's anyones guess.

it will be a good game. huskers need to win the turnover battle, defense just needs to control the running game and get pressure on Gabbert.

no need to worry or have bad feelings about this game, there is nothing that you can do about it anyway.

it is what it is

this is the only thing that has my worried...a case of fumbleitis striking the team. other than that, im not worried or nervous or anxious at all about this game...just a walk in the park... <_<

Talk about bad feelings. Imagine dropping 75 bucks on the ticket, spending 30 bucks on gas, 10 bucks on beer, 10 on food, leaving work early, 10 bucks on the rain slicker, and then driving 2 hours to Columbia. Now if we lose, my wet ass will have to drive back home tonight, think about spending 130 bucks to watch a loss. I will get home late, and then have to get up for work again tomorrow morning and face about 50 Mizzou fans.

If we win it will all be worth it. If we lose, I will be kicking myself for catching pneumonia, throwing money down the drain, and most importantly having to accept another mediocre Husker season.

I feel real confident about tonights game but at the same time I do feel nervious too. I'm more worried about Mizzou's passing than anything. I know that we can stop their rush but its their quick passes and their hurry up offense. I believe that our guys will take care of buisness and learn from their mistakes since the VT game.
