Catalina Clouser, 19, was arrested early Saturday morning after her occupied infant carseat was discovered sitting in the middle of a Phoenix road. According to reports, the Phoenix Fire Department found the 5-week-old infant and took him to a local hospital, where he was reportedly in good condition. But I can't help wondering what she must be going through right now. The kid will probably have fun with this later on and hold it over his Mom when ever trying to get away with sheit..
