BIGREDIOWAN
Abdullah is a beast and will be an every down back for us! Quote Link to comment
NUance
Cross is even more of a beast in close quarters. But lacks the breakaway speed to take to the zone. Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
The defense is capable of playing great against a high-tempo offense. Zaire is going to be huge plus on defense The O-Line is vastly improved from last year Quote Link to comment

I'm one of Cross' biggest supporters. Dumbfounded why he got ZERO touches v. UCLA. It was funny to see that big man in open field! LOL Quote Link to comment

Pass rush for the Red Wolves is atrocious and the run blocking left something to be desired in this game in the first half. The second half, Ark. State was gassed. Quote Link to comment

LOL Yeah, I was hoping Cross would cut back and lower a shoulder on that guy. He's not slow by any means. Just lacks that extra gear that T-Mart/Bell/Abdullah have. Quote Link to comment
strigori
1 Cross and Enunwa are beasts. 2 Abdullah is a better back than nearly anyone else in the B1G. 3 Martin needs ti be in the field more. Absolute playmaker. 4 While the defense played better, there is still a lot of room to improve. There were a lot of dropped passes by ASU. But definitely a better performance than the first two games. 5 Taylor can be the best QB in the B1G if he can stop the brain farts that he tends to have a few times a game. Quote Link to comment
ADS
-Our DB's are super athletic, and the strength of our defense by a long shot. -Cross has got some moves for a big guy -Taylor is now a complete QB Quote Link to comment
flatwaterfan
PJ had his best game ever as a Husker. I was impressed with Mo. Looks like a starter to me. Quote Link to comment
NUance
3 Martin needs ti be in the field more. Absolute playmaker. Yeah. Did you notice that Arky St's offense wasn't as explosive after E-Mart laid the wood to their QB? I think Aplin played the rest of the game looking over his should for that beast that attacked him. Husker71
Both Tim Beck and JP are extremely loyal to Bo. They were obviously deeply concerned for him. When the coaches have a lot of mutual respect and trust among them that can be very powerful in the long run. 2 Quote Link to comment

LOL It's gonna take me a while to get over the fact that we didn't pound them between the tackles, where I feel teams can exploit them on defense. Guarantee SC and especially Stanford are noting this. Anyways, I like what Imani did when given the ball. I agree that Anderson is an upgrade with our secondary our biggest strength on D. More E Mart on the edge. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
I learned that the defense may be pretty stellar if the coaches can get some history to study on. 3 games against first year coaching staffs and offenses of teams that are gunnin for you. Quote Link to comment
