urban meyer didnt teach our defense how to not tackle, grow up and learn football folks.

As much as I would like to put the blame on the coaches, it was more on the players and boneheaded mistakes!!!

I love when fans of teams get all pissy and butt hurt when the other team keeps scoring TDs.

 

Here's an idea, how about our defense stop them? They have been running the same three plays all game long, but somehow our defense can't figure it out.

Why did you have respect for Urban?

Anyone who wins multiple National Championships in division 1 football should at least be given a tip of the cap. I also respected him for putting his health and family first when he walked away from Florida. But he is no where in the same class as Tom Osborne.

Players making the same mistakes all the time signals something is wrong with the system we run. If you have people who can't grasp the defense, then simplify it.

It was a run, not a pass. And Rod Smith still doesn't know the plays which is why he only got a carry when Hyde was injured. Hyde really is the only RB we have left due to injuries.

Normally I would agree with you on this philosophy. But the game was over they were on the 20 with only 38 seconds left. All they had to do was take a knee.

This game just made all of our weaknesses glaringly obvious- No d line and slow LBs allowed Miller to get loose. Not designing the offense around Tmart running the ball. Mostly that we are slow at LB(other than Martin) and the D-line sucks. This is all on the D

I found it funny. Miller set the pass with his threat to run, Martinez set his run with his threat to pass.

 

Nebraska has much faster players on offense getting to the edge than our defense. Glad OSU defense figured out the proper angles. I know it's frustrating to watch Martinez as your QB, but trust me, as an opposing fan, it's just as frustrating watching Martinez as your QB. I wasn't sure of a victory until 3 minutes left.
