sd'sker
what is going on? this one is pretty upsetting. he has been here for 2 years and on the verge of being a serious contributor to the team. Quote Link to comment
swmohusker
That stinks. Never liked the way he ran. Good straight ahead speed with little lateral movement and poor pad level. We will be fine at running back. He was about to get lost on the depth chart and doesn't want to play defense. Wish him the best luck. Quote Link to comment
sd'sker
not as bad as green, but because of green this is a real disappointment. Quote Link to comment
GM_Tood
Wonder if Solich is gonna swoop on this one. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
Oh to hell with it. I'm dun. Taylor and Newby better be the real deal. Quote Link to comment
QMany
Can we get some good news this week, please? Quote Link to comment
sd'sker
seemingly less of a big deal than i had thought. it always hurts to lose someone, but maybe he just saw the writing on the wall. @joshharveyscoutNot really surprised to hear about Heard tonight. Been saying it since Newby committed, I think the freshman is the No. 2 next year. @Sean_CallahanObviously a blow to lose Braylon Heard, but Nebraska does return two 1000 yard rushers and add the top Texas and Cali HS running backs. IllinoisHuskerFan
I guess this is the collateral damage of recruiting so well at the RB position. We have found some great backs recently and believe they will continue to do so. Good luck. Quote Link to comment
