Combination of clay soil (expand or contract soil pressure), boulders, high water level and piss poor city planning. Sewer lines was only 2 to 4 feet deep. If wrong (99.99% chance), need to fire all meteorologists and tear down brick by brick in Weather Bureau fancy building (OU campus). So much for modern computer aids. I hate summer season Summary report: I was half right, half wrong. Pretty close to forecast temperatures but practically no rain. For right now, keep and save weather bureau fancy building. (sarcasm /on) Meteorologist supervisor(s) probably ordered to put away all smartphone chit-chat including eliminate social media usages like tweeter bird and concentrate for the REAL job.
