MLB 51
I ask this, because I am nearly deaf. I lost part of my hearing 25 years ago in a drunken bar fight. All of it in the left, part of it in the right. I'm having problems with right ear now. So, which would you rather lose. Sight, or sound? Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
I'd rather lose sound. Not even close. Quote Link to comment
MLB 51
I'd rather lose sound. Not even close. Music is the only thing I would miss. Quote Link to comment
HuskerThor
My mom is blind and she has not seen myself or my siblings in over 30 years. She has never seen her grandkids or her 4 great grandkids. I know how that makes her feel. I would much prefer to have my sight. They have hearing aids, they don't make sight aids, yet. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
I would guess you could find ways to work around a lot of everyday tasks without hearing. You would have to be extremely limited without being able to see. Quote Link to comment
Ratt Mhule
Deaf. I took sign language this semester and it is truly a beautiful language. I would definitely miss music, though. I really don't know how Id live without music. Quote Link to comment
walksalone
I'd have to be blind, because I'd die without music... and then every chick is a 10... Quote Link to comment
broganreynik
Blind. Music is too much a part of my life. Quote Link to comment
Apathy
I'm 80% deaf in my left ear so I would deaf. If I was blind than I couldn't watch another Husker Football game, watch movies, watch my son grow up, etc. Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
Without question, I would rather be deaf. If you can see, you can still enjoy much of what the rest of the world enjoys. With out site, you have to simply use your world would be closed in to only what you can hear. Quote Link to comment
