They base ratings too much off offers instead of just talent. If guy commits to a no good Nebraska and is solid and quits reporting offers they will downgrade him. But if it was Bama or FSU commit they would probably upgrade him no matter the offers b/c those teams are sooooo much better at knowing talent. Quote Link to comment
