irafreak
Dear EA, Please make the next NCAA game compatible with my xbox360 (you know, actually bug test the game BEFORE releasing it) Quote Link to comment
Blackshirts007
Put the Madden physics in. They did. Quote Link to comment
Decked
http://www.easports....14-presentation "Another detail that makes a big impact is the inclusion of pre-play player chatter. Now, in addition to hearing the QB bark out audibles, you can listen in as defenders call out their adjustments". "Neutral site games make their long-awaited debut this year, including the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Classic (Georgia Dome), Cowboy Kickoff Classic (Cowboys Stadium) and the Texas Kickoff Classic (Reliant Stadium). NCAA Football 14 also features three stadiums brought over fromMadden NFL: Soldier Field, MetLife Stadium and M&T Bank Stadium. You can even create your own neutral site game". "This year, South Alabama makes its long-awaited debut in NCAA Football along with Old Dominion and Georgia State". "We can announce that NCAA Football 14 will feature a halftime show with Rece Davis and David Pollack. The duo will recap your game, call out highlights and set up the second half with a combination of thoughtful insight and witty banter". "And last but not least, we’re excited to announce that “Zombie Nation” and “Seven Nation Army” are in NCAA 14, two of the most widely-used stadium anthems in the country. And yes, you’ll hear the crowd chanting, just like they do in real life". WANT Quote Link to comment
Husker from Kansas
^ that looks pretty sweet, BUT its going to drive me nuts if Nebraska players put their hands together so their gloves show the N on them but they make an O with their hands and there is a big ass whole in the middle of the N Quote Link to comment

Chaddyboxer
Physics engine added...one down...a good amount more to go! Now....they could at least make the damn AI better...I get sick of the defense knowing every single freaking play. Quote Link to comment
ZRod
Physics engine added...one down...a good amount more to go! Now....they could at least make the damn AI better...I get sick of the defense knowing every single freaking play. That seems like an EA trade mark. The two sports game I play from them NCAA Football and Fight Night feel exactly the same, predetermined. It doesn't matter what you counter with the AI has already stopped it, or if it hasn't the algorithm kicks in and denies any success on your part even though all the animation clearly show you caught the ball/slipped the punch, made a tackle/landed a KO. Chaddyboxer
Welp....got some updates per Gameinformer magazine (the fiance has a subscription): -Suppose to have better, more refined physics engine. The physics engine will not be held exclusively to tackling like the Madden version. It is suppose to have all the bugs taken care of. We'll see... -The defensive AI will be better (I hope so). You can choose the defensive assignments before the play (or call different plays/cover different guys/etc.) -They are focusing on making the option work real well I'll take a look back at the article and see if I missed anything. Chaddyboxer
More info: -Runners will no longer run in place or run into the backs of their lineman...they will exhibit contextual awareness. -Will expand on the physics on more than just tackles...includes stiff-arms, truck-stick tackles, and leg hits Quote Link to comment
