Indy might be someone to keep an eye on. They have some impressive wins this year.

VERY impressive that they won @ San Fran and beath Seattle and Denver at home. However, that begs the question: How did they manage to lose to Miami and San Diego?

It's the NFL.

 

There's a fine line between 12-4 and 4-12.

I agree. But if you beat three of the top five teams and lose to two middle-of-the-road teams, it's tough to know what to expect out of a team. That type of play doesn't lend its self well to winning three or four games in a row in the playoffs.

I agree. But if you beat three of the top five teams and lose to two middle-of-the-road teams, it's tough to know what to expect out of a team. That type of play doesn't lend its self well to winning three or four games in a row in the playoffs.

Perhaps you're right.

 

But if we looked at the teams that made Super Bowl appearances all-time, or even the last few years, I think we'd see a lot of losses like that. I wouldn't get too hung up on it. I'd be more worried about a team like KC navigating through the playoffs - a team that hasn't beaten anyone with a winning record.

 

We know what level Indy can compete at. It's all about playing your best ball come playoff time.
