grandpasknee
What do you think? I know a few games still need to be played/finished. Do you see the Huskers moving up at all this week, or will those that lost above us just get shuffled around a bit? Quote Link to comment
okaive
I think we will move up a spot or two. Quote Link to comment
huskerfan92
I think we stay the same or move up one spot due to the inevitable Texas loss to BYU. I think even with the loss Florida is still ahead of us. That said the rankings mean nothing right now, and a win against UCLA next week can catapult us up. 1 Quote Link to comment
Omaha-Husker
Up because of Texass losing. A win over UCLA is what will put is up in the top 15 though. Quote Link to comment
grandpasknee
Based on where we're at, a little upward movement every week or so would be great. Quote Link to comment
Ric Flair
I think we move up a spot or two. If we beat UCLA, we probably make the Top 15. If we do so convincingly, we might be in the Top 12 or so. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Texas drops but Miami might jump in ahead of us. Pretty much the same. Quote Link to comment
ladyhawke
Well, with 4 big teams biting the dust this week (AP Poll: #6-South Carolina, #10-Florida, #14-Notre Dame, #15Texas) it will be interesting to see where Nebraska lands once the dust clears. Any guesses? Maybe return to our #18 ranking? What do you all think? Quote Link to comment
WAHusker
20th. SC and Florida wont drop much, and a win over a 0-14 team wont impress the voters all that much. A dominating win over UCLA next week will give us a big boost. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
16th or 17th IMO Quote Link to comment
Vizsla1
We may stay where we are at (up 1 slot at best). Our program has lost a bit of national respect and some voters are probably a little embarrassed to admit they still vote us as high as they do. Until we prove we can win against a quality opponent- we may become the Okie State of the polls. I do agree- a win against UCLA should solidify us in top 15 (12th?).. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
South Carolina and Clowny will remain in the top 10, probably just because. Quote Link to comment
Junior
South Carolina and Clowny will remain in the top 10, probably just because. Â Georgia was #11 after a loss to Clemson, so I can't see SC dropping much. Lame. At some point, it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. We say the SEC is sooo good, when they lose to another team it isn't a big deal. Quote Link to comment

Blackshirts007
#19, Jump past Texas, Florida, ND for sure. Miami jumps ahead of us. That's how the flawed AP poll works, you beat one good team and all of a sudden you are top 15. Then we jump Washington because they had a bye week and people will forget about them.
