walksalone
Tennessee moved our game back because they just signed a deal to play VT at the Bristol Motor Speedway in 2016. Room for 150,000 and it will probably sell out. What a cool idea. Sounds like a good idea, but could easily turn into a logistical trainwreck.. Quote Link to comment
walksalone
Worth a note, the Tennessee series was pushed to 2026 and 2027, per the Vols' request. This opened up the possibility for Oregon. '26-'27? Knapp might be dead by then. The hell you say. We've been saying this since 1985. Not from old age. Too much hookers and blow. Quote Link to comment
clyde40
How far we've fallen that Oregon adds us as a creampuff opponent to their schedule Quote Link to comment
Foppa
Is there any chance that one of the two games with Oregon gets moved to some big huge neutral site? It seems popular. Probably about as good of a chance as Oregon wearing the same uni two games in a row. Quote Link to comment
NoLongerN
2016: Fresno St., Wyoming, Oregon and 9 B1G games2017: Oregon, No. Illinois plus 9 B1G games. Those are some nice schedules. The Oregon game will be the only game both years that interest me. :-( Quote Link to comment
robsker
To be the best, you have to beat the best. Assuming nothing earth-shattering to Oregon between now and then, it will obviously be a challenge. But one we should relish. A challenge? Not for Oregon. Unless things change big time --- hugely --- between now and then, NU will not even register as a speed bump to Oregon. The Oregon train will roll over NU like a semi at 75 going over a pebble... they will hardly notice that there was any resistance at all. Those games will be massacres. Quote Link to comment

No way in hell we get better by then. No way. Dont even know why we just dont shut the program down. Improvement is impossible. 1 Quote Link to comment

Room for 150,000 and it will probably sell out. What a cool idea. It's a neat idea but fans will need a good pair of binoculars. You mean like our new seats on the Eastern side? Actually; I was up there earlier in the year and the view was spectacular and if you like to see the play develop I recommend you go take a peak yourself. I imagine it will get darn cold with the wind in your face and hot as heck when the sun beats down on you but as far as seeing the game, it's very good! Quote Link to comment
