There was no launching, no helmet to helmet, I don't see how any rule applied to the call.

When I saw the play. I was thinking the same thing, there was no reason to make the block. I was watching KB, hoping he wouldn't draw a penalty.

I was against the targeting rule because of this. An abundance of judgement calls leads to an abundance of questionable calls. I like bowling. The refs never make a bad call.
