WhatDoIKnow
Cheering for a team based on one player has always baffled my mind. Had a friend who rooted for the packers, then when Fave went to the Vikings, she started cheering for the Vikings... Plus Suh wont be in Detroit much longer...He will leave Detroit after this season. Keep your giants or Jets gear close. See LeBron James. Quote Link to comment

Keep your giants or Jets gear close. It's not baffling to me because I'm one of those people when it comes to certain sports. I don't care much about the NFL, so I mostly pay attention to former Nebraska players and players/teams I find fun to watch. I liked the Packers as a teenager because of Ahman Green, Tyrone Williams, and the Lambeau Leap. The only sport I REALLY care about is college football. 1 Quote Link to comment

obert1
Still have my favorite pro teams but last few years started following certain players instead of the team. For me it's discouraging to follow a pro team when the roster is completely different one year to the next. Quote Link to comment

HUSKER 37
Looks like Suh will be leaving Detroit after this season: http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/11605592/ndamukong-suh-likely-bolt-detroit-lions-season http://espn.go.com/blog/detroit-lions/post/_/id/11324/how-the-lions-would-move-on-without-suh That's a relief....No matter how hard I try...Rooting for any MeChicken team just leaves a bad taste in my pooper... Now, if I can just get him to realize how great his "brand" would be while playing for the local "Big Red" team.... Quote Link to comment

Either NY team, Chicago, and Dallas are in the mix. I don't care for the Cowboys, but they could use Suh on their defense. And Jerry would pimp the hell out of Suh. Quote Link to comment
StPaulHusker
I'm sure some of you saw this on the reddit page, but nice little husker reunion after the thursday night game last night: Josh Brown is so old, he has no idea who these other players are Quote Link to comment

Marinelli has been a magician with scrub defensive linemen. Would be interesting to see what he would do with Suh talent. Quote Link to comment

huskerfan333157
Suh wants to be the highest paid defensive lineman. He's a great player but he should not have a bigger contract than jj watt. That's why we aren't resigning him and why he wants to leave Quote Link to comment
