Hayseed
I don't think we'll know our Bowl game until after the CCG. Quote Link to comment
74Hunter
I really hope you guys realize I was being sarcastic. Firing Bo would be idiotic. We completely realize you were being sarcastic, and we also realize you're delusional. Every single national article and conversation that comes out in regards to our program and Pelini is in favor of us parting ways with him. This situation couldn't be any more different than the Solich one, and the national sentiment is shock that we haven't gotten rid of him already. Name one really impressive performance turned in by this team in the last 3 seasons. Link? 1 Quote Link to comment
Danny Bateman
Why would anyone replace Kaz with Pap as DL coach? Our DL is arguably the one position group that progressed as a whole this year. Quote Link to comment
hskerprid
I really hope you guys realize I was being sarcastic. Firing Bo would be idiotic. Idiocy is thinking that things can change under the same regime. No coordinators are going to come work for a coach on the hot seat. So a house cleaning leaving Bo in charge is idiocy. A house cleaning is in order or else we will become the Purdue of the west. Quote Link to comment

shyndy
I expect not much to happen. Persona,my I think a new defense with a DC to install it is the minimum. Offense has had issues, maybe a shift in philosophy on offense Quote Link to comment
True2tRA
Yes let's fire Bo, bring in whatever coach that is willing to come to a program that will fire him for winning consistently, and lose most of our draft class in the process.Sounds like a great idea to me. Agree. Sorry. There are plenty of "fans" here that are hoping we lose. Sarcasm doesn't really read well on the Internet. I really hope you guys realize I was being sarcastic. Firing Bo would be idiotic. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
Charles davis-who is everywhere doing games and such said it best on USC monday. He says guys would be lining up for this job right now ourside the obvious ridiculous choices of saban, harbaugh, etc. the perception outside Nebraska is we are selling ourselves short. We can do better. Hell watch the games. Any solid coach that comes in and focuses on an identity and ghe simple basics of football can get us 11-12 wins and conference titles. We really are that close. Yet we feel so far away. And with no evidence whatsoever that itll improve. 8 Quote Link to comment
True2tRA
Such changes aren't likely to happen without a new coach. Is our recruiting class that spectacular? There's enough momentum. They don't have to do it, but it would hardly be seen as a bold move. This is right. If they're gonna do it, now is as good a time as any. Seven years in, the ceiling is clear. Nationally it is well known where it may not have been before. Hell, we even have nation wide analysts and writers asking if this is what Nebraska has settled for. It wouldn't be seen as a ludicrous move. As long as we have a plan for a replacement. If not, we may as well stay the course and Eichorst should force some staff changes. If Bo is not willing to at least compromise in that area, you begin to ask why his allegiance to his buddies on the staff overrides the success of this program. 1 Quote Link to comment
