Gord @KCRoyals73[/size] · 9m9 minutes ago @J_Mitch05 Shut up ****. You suck anyway. Thank Goodness you're gonna be gone just like Pelini next year. Lol Someone tell this man what's right. Some dumbass Royals fan, probably from Kansas, is trolling our current Husker players? Please tell me the players know better than to buy this sh#t? Josh Mitchell just retweetet his tweet at him and said "RECRUITS BEWARE" Mitchell deleted the tweet Quote Link to comment
irieboy8
i don't know if i posted this but i talked to a guy this year connected to the program pretty well and he said the leadership on the team wasn't really there... or as much as they would like it to be.... created a lot of confusion/panic Quote Link to comment

Bowfin
This "climate" is part of the problem we have had with Pelini. Nope. The climate is the toxic one in where fans claim the team and the game as their own. The fans don't train, practice, sweat, bleed, take the bus rides, study the playbook, do the strength and conditioning, feel the pain, etc., etc., yet the feel like they are a HUGE part of it because they have cable, buy a shirt, or plunk their @$$ down on a seat. College football was supposed to be for the college students. Unfortunately, college students don't have the income, so marketing morphed it into a way to milk fans of their cash. In return, a 50 year old overweight and out of shape man feels he has the right to say "WE won the national championship!" because he bought an overpriced jersey. My guess is that the players would have just as much fun playing even if you and I didn't watch them, discuss, them, or tweet them. 4 Quote Link to comment
Husker no ka oi
Lol @tommie Armstrong "biggest mistake". Lol. Tommie pissed...good chance next coach will not be starting him next season. Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
Please stop posting negative things about the players. They just lost their coaches and father figures. Let them vent their frustration and anger. Quote Link to comment
StPaulHusker
If a player leaves because of a coaching change, do they still have to sit out a year or go to D2? Quote Link to comment

Husker no ka oi
Wow some of these tweets of players are mind numbing. Some of these kids have no winning philosophy at all. This program worse then I thought. Quote Link to comment
Bowfin
Your guess is wrong. Nope. I have seen / coached players. They seem to have more fun when old people aren't trying to put themselves into the game. Thanks for your opinion though, I'll file it away for future reference... ...or not... Quote Link to comment
