beanman
http://www.ysusports.com/information/facilities/stambaugh_stadium Quite a change in scenery. Almost feel bad for the guy. But then I realize he'll still be making more money than me and that thought fades. Quote Link to comment
HuskerShark
I'm excited for him, and I'll be watching and cheering him on. Quote Link to comment
Bigred_inSD
Good luck Bo. Out of the spotlight will help him mature a lot. Doesnt Youngstown state have that sweet ass penguin for a mascot? Quote Link to comment

IvabigN
this is great for Bo ...he gets to go home work at a place that could get him back into a major coaching position while sticking Perlman with the bill. Go Bo- I'm now a fan of two Ohio schools - YSU and Ohio Quote Link to comment
NUpolo8
Those fair weather Youngstown fans don't know how good they have it. Clearly their national rep is better then that locally. Quote Link to comment
louisianared
That explains tressell in town. He wasn't after our job, he was after our coach. It all makes sense now Lol...very true. I'm glad for Bo, but can't wait to hear what his supporters here think about him not getting another major D1 coaching position. I am a Bo supporter and also believed we needed a change. I think this is a good step for him. Allows him to return to his home, coach a program that has a good tradition and will allow him to get away from the spotlight. I'm happy that he landed on his feet. Always liked him, just didn't work out over here, hopefully it'll work out better for him at YSU. Quote Link to comment

onlyHskrfaninIL
Good for bo. I think fcs is a good fit for him. He can just be a coach. No dealing with the fans and the media. seems like he was ready for something less stressful or would have waited until nfl season is over. Quote Link to comment
Kernal
Thayer EvansVerified account @ThayerEvansSI Just spoke w/ Bo Pelini. Denied reports of being offered or accepting Youngstown State job. "It's all a complete fabrication of the truth." Quote Link to comment
