True2tRA
All the more reason I'm happy to have what at least appears to be a competent staff taking control. He will flourish in this system. Quote Link to comment

Vince R.
I haven't posted in a while and I suppose now is the time. I just got back from visiting my new school (UC Santa Cruz) in northern CA and while I was up there I happened to meet a scout for the Oakland Raiders. His son is also transferring to UC Santa Cruz and since I am a Raider fan, we began talking. I informed him that I am a Nebraska fan and he told me that many of our players are on the Raider's radar and most of the league's radar for that matter. The first player he mentioned was DeMornay. He told me that if he continues to progress with Mike Riley, he will be a first round pick. The scout attended the Holiday Bowl and said he was the best skill player on the field. He also mentioned Collins, Valentine, and Gerry. The last guy he talked about who is making a lot of headway is Daniel Davie. The Raiders love his size, speed, and tape. If he has a good year, he could explode into the first round according to him. Take it for what it's worth. 4 Quote Link to comment

The Dude
Please don't let any Huskers go to the Raiders. That's where football players go to die. Quote Link to comment
HuskermanMike
Shaq posted this video on his blog, good to see Shaq taking notice of Demornay. I can't wait to watch this kid light it up in the fall. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
I'm excited to see what he's going to bring to the field this season. I hope it's better than last year or on the same level because less than that and people will start to gripe and moan. I don't see how he doesn't play better this season? Quote Link to comment

Vince R.
Please don't let any Huskers go to the Raiders. That's where football players go to die. That sentiment is beginning to die here in CA. There's a buzz about the Raiders and they are drafting players as good as anybody right now. Quote Link to comment
cornographic
Wish DPE was a bit taller is all, to 'climb the ladder'. 5'9" is on the short side for WRs these days. Other than that, love the guy. Quote Link to comment
