It is obvious we have no running game. None

Completely agree. There were so many times in the first half where it was 2nd & 6, and we would drop back to pass only to get an incomplete and set up a 3rd & long instead of a 3rd & short. That tells me the coaches have no confidence in our running game at this stage in the season.

It's on days like today where I miss simple plays like ISO, Counter, Toss Sweep (41/49 pitch), and yes...the option with Wing-T & Wishbone blocking schemes.

Amen. Preach it brother. The play calling is th telling point. No faith in the RB's.....

this is gonna be a long 2 or 3 years...

I'm interested to see how the team is in a couple years after Riley has his recruits playing. And if Banker is still the defensive coordinator then...

If it's not better than this, then we'll be back where we were last December, only without the douchebaggery...

If Riley keeps Banker it may be more than 2 or 3. If Riley can actually fire incompetence then maybe just maybe it will only be 2 or 3.

If Riley keeps Banker past this season, then I will question his motives...

Oh, he will, I have no doubt. He'll say something along the lines of, "The defense showed consistent improvement throughout the year..." Wait and see.

Or do they lack faith in our o-line?

Or maybe we liked our matchup of our WR vs their CBs?

I agree. There are definitely times when it is fine to pass on 2nd & medium, especially to keep it balanced, but we did it so much unsuccessfully in the first half when we were in the red zone, that it cost us a chance for at least 2 touchdowns.

I dont think any of us to expect Banker to be fired this season, but after next season if this is the same garbage he better be gone by the bowl game or Riley is digging his own grave.
