RedRider!
Could have been a better read by Cross, should've cut right. But he had a real good quarter. Happy with him overall and being the feature back. Quote Link to comment
It'sNotAFakeID
Why run a draw? Â Last play MSU was on defense for was a deep pass. Make them think pass--it wasn't a bad call honestly. Just didn't get many yards. Quote Link to comment
NUance
thank goodness whats his name isnt doing crap KO returns anymore  You mean that guy who bailed out this week? Yeah, not too impressed with his return skills. Quote Link to comment

84HuskerLaw
I get so tired of Gary Sharp radio call. He says almost same thing on every play. Rarely do you have any idea what kind of play is being run or even the yardage gained reasonably. He loses control of his voice on plays and you'd think we had a big gain (when just a couple), etc. Pass plays are never described in terms of kind of routes, etc. You hear "Tommy throws. Westercamp catch!" Gain of 13 yards and first down. You have no idea what kind of play it was. Sometimes Davison will add a few bits of information but still we don't know what happened. I would like to know if it over the middle, a curl, a sideline out pattern, a slant, a screen, etc. Quote Link to comment
huskerfan92
Really couldn't ask for a better first quarter against Sparty. However we need to make adjustments in the secondary, Cook isn't going to miss those deep passes all game. Quote Link to comment
topekahusker
Bo taking notes on how to stop the jet sweep? Gordon just scored again.... Quote Link to comment
