ColoradoHusk
I never understood why teams stay in hotels in their own town To ensure the players aren't out drinking and partying the night before and they can get the team to the stadium as a full team on Saturday. It's a lot easier to do bed checks and team meetings on Saturday morning in a team hotel. Quote Link to comment
Bowfin
2. Someone moving to Lincoln and making over a million a year can not find a home to buy. Are you using real American dollars or some sort of Texican currency? If the latter, you should have changed it over when you crossed the Oklahoma border and came into the States! 1 Quote Link to comment

Good for keeping the players on the same schedule/regimen for home and away games too. 1 Quote Link to comment
pigskin barnyard mcgiggles
Did not ask about size or how fancy, just a home on that salary. Is he going to stay or is he just in town doing temp work? Is Riley still in a hotel? Well I hope he stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night. Still resides at the embassy suites Quote Link to comment

The Tall Texan
Its been a year. How does it take to build a new home to what specs someone wants? Quote Link to comment
BoNeyard
if Riley is still in a hotel, he shouldn't even bother in buying a home. What's one more year in a hotel? Should save him in the long run. Quote Link to comment
KazLong
Its been a year. How does it take to build a new home to what specs someone wants? Hes from Texas from his name, so I treat them all like they are slow. Quote Link to comment
The Tall Texan
Assuming one is from a place based on his name. Interesting deduction if it were true. Quote Link to comment
Huskers19911
1- wrong, obviously 2-wrong, what are you talking about? You can build a new house, or buy plenty in tow or out of town for less than a million. Quote Link to comment
