He will cry that he is the rightful president, that he never lost, never conceded and in 2024 he will present himself as the popular leader coming out of exile to reclaim the throne. I'm sure Trump will be hounding Biden every opportunity he gets. Biden says he is hesitant to investigate Trump, but perhaps after 2 months of Trump trumping off, Biden will have a change of mind.
