Fair enough on the McCabe testimony, but you realize the dossier was originally created for republicans and Steele is one of the most trusted people in his line of work. Link to comment

BigRedBuster
So....let me ask these questions. 1) All of a sudden, Republicans are claiming Steele should not be trusted. Why??? Just because he gave the dossier to a Republican that then gave it to the FBI? Not sure why I should believe he is not trustworthy. 2) Let's say you are the head of the FBI and in 2020 you are given a dossier that was written by a well known (within the FBI) foreign agent that says a leading candidate is compromised by North Korea. What do you do? 1 Link to comment

I think anyone that is known by the DOJ to be “desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president” has pretty well shot his trustworthiness to hell. That’s ignoring the whole wife Fusion gps deal. Link to comment

I’m not buying it at all. The FBI, as incompetent as they seem to be regarding digital comms, never got to look at the server, they had to take the word of the firm (crowdstrike) hired by the DNC. If you were an FBI agent and you had seen evidence that there is a very good possibility that a Presidential candidate had been compromised by an enemy state, what would your attitude be.....and should you then be dismissed from the investigation? 3 Link to comment

It was not political, it was because Trump is compromised by the Russians. Being compromise by a foreign power - especially one that is most hostile to America, seems like a pretty disqualifying factor to most rational people. 3 Link to comment

Too bad he had to use multiple media outlets to corroborate his bogus dossier. Too bad the FBI wasn’t confident enough to disclose the source and who was paying them when they applied. It’s all crap. If it wasn’t they could have been forthcoming in the application and they wouldn’t have needed to be forced by a court to turn over their dirty evidence Link to comment
