HuskerNation1
Nebraska finished Frost's first season at 4-2 for a .667 winning percentage, and the two losses coming to Ohio State and Iowa by a total of 8 points. We are now more than halfway through the 2019 season, and to match the .667 winning percentage we would have to finish 8-4 which is possible but unlikely. Nebraska has a much more favorable 2019 schedule than it had in 2018. There is much talk that culture is part of the problem, but there are fewer Riley guys on the 2019 team than we had on the 2018 team, so that does not seem to be a valid reason for regression. If you believe this team has regressed in 2019 from where they ended 2018, why do you believe that has happened? Quote Link to comment

We don't play Michigan in 2019...we also have a Purdue team that is losing to just about every team. There is a reason that pundits felt Nebraska could be a darkhorse...and one of those reasons was the favorable schedule we had. Do you feel we have not regressed? If so, please explain why. I didn't say that or even imply it or anything. I know people said, before the season, that we had a more favorable schedule but is it actually shaping up that way? 2 Quote Link to comment
B.B. Hemingway
2018: Started 0-6, finished 4-2 2019: Started 4-2, (likely) finished 0-6 That's regression. That's Pathetic. Do us all a favor, and save the bulls#!t excuse making this week, Frost. 6 2 Quote Link to comment
alexhortdog95
Purdue player Bell - who just scored the game winner - said that they watched this same defense....all the way back to when they were at UCF. Let that sink in for a minute. This coaching staff needs to break some glaring tendencies. 3 1 Quote Link to comment

Morrissey
We've all heard the excuses, the lack of talent, everything's Riley's fault...etc. But how many games the last two years has this team blown due to poor in-game coaching? Still hopeful but it's hard to be optimistic when Frost looks so in over his head. 1 2 Quote Link to comment
rdwoodpecker
The plays on 3rd down today were just horrible. So many times we had 3rd and 3 or 4 for a first down. We were in 4 down territory almost every time. Just get some positive yards and go for it on 4th if you must. But no, we try and run wide on many of them and lOSE yards! So we have to punt. Frost needs to take a hard look at the play calling! Way to predictable, we are either "tipping" the play with the way we are lining up or just flat out missing blocks. Quote Link to comment

He will soon finish his 4th season as a head coach and likely will have only one winning season out of four unless we somehow win the final 3 games. That is not a good head coaching resume. Scott needs to realize he is in over his head and convince Moos to open up the budget to hire a real OC and DC. Quote Link to comment

alexhortdog95
I love the Huskers. I think Frost will be a great coach. But at this point, I cant support what I am seeing whilst Chin is on that staff. Changes need to be made. 2 Quote Link to comment
