It's all about which counties have reported and what their make up is. Edit: I looked him up and he works for CNN. Guessing he is just trying to keep viewers from turning the TV off. Wow If people now thinking Trump will win are betting based on the correct logic it would be because they think the apparent southeast polling error extends to other regions in the country.
