Dr. Strangelove
I guess DeSantis making gas stoves a campaign gambit makes sense. They're running out if actual policy points that matter. When inflation falls to 3.5% later this year I expect the number of migrant caravans to reach biblical proportions. 2 Link to comment

JJ Husker
3 hours ago, suh_fan93 said: Welcome to the party Minnesota. Actually I believe Colorado provided statutory protections first..... In 2022, Colorado enacted a statutory protection for abortion as a fundamental right.[7] It states: (1) Every individual has a fundamental right to make decisions about the individual’s reproductive health care, including the fundamental right to use or refuse contraception. (2) A pregnant individual has a fundamental right to continue a pregnancy and give birth or to have an abortion and to make decisions about how to exercise that right. (3) A fertilized egg, embryo, or fetus does not have independent or derivative rights under the laws of this State. The state does not restrict the type of health-care practitioner who can provide abortion care. Colorado law includes protections for clinic safety or access by prohibiting obstruction and creating a buffer zone.[8] On July 6, 2022, the governor of Colorado signed an executive order that 1) prohibits state agencies from cooperating with out-of-state investigations and legal actions that arise from the provision of reproductive health care legal in Colorado unless pursuant to a court order;2) directs the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to work with boards of professional licensure to protect providers from out-of-state sanctions; and 3) confirms that he will exercise discretion to decline requests for the arrest, surrender, or extradition of persons charged with crimes related to reproductive health care. 1 Link to comment
Dr. Strangelove
Joe Biden and his America hating, job killing, socialist tax increases have decimated the jobs market to the point where unemployment is the lowest its been in 53 years. Since before the moon landing. All this while hourly earnings are on pace to rise 3.5% on the year. All this while the Federal Reserve is trying to hurt unemployment and curb wage growth as much as possible and conservatives have been rooting for a recession. 4 1 Link to comment

But hey, I'm sure conservatives are consistent and will point out that General Motors posted great numbers earlier this week, thus showing the strength of the "real economy". 3 Link to comment
