Mavric
I didn't realize until I was going back though all the profiles that we had actually offered him nearly two years ago. Threads are merged now, not that there was much in the original one. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Then as soon as I click OK to merge them it dawned on me that probably screwed up the poll voting. So you may have to vote again above. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
He said Ohio State is "still on me pretty hard". Colorado, Auburn and Houston still after him as well. It didn't sound like he has any other visits set up right now. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Game is tomorrow on ESPN starting at 4:00 CST. Nation is scheduled to announce prior to kickoff. Quote Link to comment
Huskerfollower4life
I know Nebraska wants him as a cornerback but just watching film and highlights he could play slot wr. He has good hands and seems quick. I would think about putting him there. Seems kinda short for a cornerback. Quote Link to comment
84HuskerLaw
They need size to block too! If he’s a great corner, put him there. WRs are easier to find imo. Quote Link to comment
Husker in WI
He is getting consistently mentioned as one of the better performers in practice this week. Won 5 straight one on one drills against some very good WRs. I don't mind some smaller corners but between Nation, Bootle, and Hartzog that's a lot of little guys. Safeeullah and Collier have some length I guess. Quote Link to comment
Otterpop
Another good pick up for Nebraska. 2 Quote Link to comment
Husker in WI
247 updated their scouting reports after the UA bowl, this piece seems to fit well with my understanding of White's defense: Quote A hyper-competitive defensive back that didn’t back down when tasked with covering some of the nation’s top wide receivers during Under Armour All-America Game week. Lacks ideal size and length, but tries his best to make up for it with his advanced technique as he constantly puts himself in position to make a play at the catch point. Has experience working in both press-man and off-man coverage. Can get overwhelmed by much larger wide receivers, but will fight with his hands and try his best to throw off the timing of a route. Produced in all three phases as a senior in one of the Peach State’s higher classifications and finished prep career with 12 interceptions to his credit. Tiny frame will likely make life near the line of scrimmage difficult –especially at the Power Five level– but has what it takes to eventually carve out a role as a coverage specialist in an aggressive defensive scheme that wants to put its cornerbacks in a lot of 1-on-1 situations. Biggest thing once he arrives at the college of his choice will be adding mass. 2 Quote Link to comment

If he can hold his own against him, he should be pretty decent. If Coleman is as good as billed, that will be a huge challenge for Nation and any other DB. But with Turner’s speed, there’s another possible handful. Hopefully the reps will make everyone better. Development. Development. Development. Quote Link to comment
Decked
You can add mass. Hard to change your mentality and hip fluidity like he has. 1 Quote Link to comment
flatwaterfan
I saw practice reports but did not see the game. Any takes on how Nation and Lenhardt played in the Under Armour game? Thanks in advance, appreciate it! Quote Link to comment
