There are 4 unique throws, and 2 runs, in that video.  That is called cherry picking and is a very limited set.  Don't read much from that, if anything.

Yeah but even some of his "good throws" looked bad.  You can tell Sims has a pretty strong arm just how he seems to just flick some throws down field

I've watched some other clips that were longer showing him make a number of throws.  Any highlight reel is cherry picking.  Maybe I'll find some time and just watch a full game.
