    Has anyone sat in the "standing room only" section for a Husker Vball game? Do they suck?

      It's literally a standing area atop Devaney, behind the seats and above another 10-12 foot wall.  It's pretty far away from the action, you will not have anywhere to sit, but it's not a terrible place to see a match.

      We did it for Michigan State game. No seats there, but not very crowded and it was still a good time. There are some benches against the back wall you can use to take a standing break if you wanted to, but they are too far back to have a view of the court.

      I don't know if anyone knew Howard was in the arena.  I didn't until I made it back to the hotel and caught the replay.

    Yep, it is okay. Coaches don't care if it is a blast or not. Now, most won't watch it and you are better off finding smaller schools (they will watch) or emails to GA's. This is general and I am speaking with FCS and D2 schools in mind.

    If a HS athlete sends individual and personalized emails to several coaches introducing themselves and sharing their season highlights from last year, do you think it would be ok to send their weekly highlights of each game of the upcoming season through a blast email?

      Their transfer to the MIAA has made them play catch up with recruiting and funding for the program. The coach they had for ages was pushed out or retired on his own and the new hotshot coach who was the OC at NWMS decided to leave after 2 years. Now they hired a coach from a small school in New Mex who runs a completely new offense. It may be a long few years.

    It would be sort of discouraging as a Husker fan if they weren't. OU, a power 5 school, recruiting kids only 45 minutes away from Lincoln.

    Gio Awesome! Is he planning on running track this year? I want him to. We would love to have him, tell him to come talk to me (Coach Siecke) or Coach Mingo if he has questions. Definitely. I believe Coach Donahue has spoken with him a while back.

      Omaha-wise, the girl I dated last, her brother has a vegan hot dog stand he sets up around town. By no means do I subscribe to the vegan lifestyle, but he has a couple dogs that I actually enjoyed. The bahn-mi and the BBQ dog were tasty, once you get used to the vegan dog taste.

    No. But he played youth with these 2. Look out for this 2019 class though. The QB broke the single game passing yards record this past season.
