A few games ago a lot of us thought we had the worst defense ever. Wins over Illinois and Purdue really didn't prove much. Let's beat a quality opponent first.

You do realize Armstrong has looked good against two really crappy defenses. I'm not sure we are learning a whole lot about him going against teams we should be beating.

I think we have to wait and see if the bye week allowed the defense to take a breath and "fix" (I hate that word) their problems. If IL piles up 500 yds it's gonna be tough year. To me this is a chance to start building some confidence.

Play the old fashioned defense. Attack, Attack, Attack to hell with read and react.

What gets me is people read the "opinions" of sports writers who have zero coaching experience and actually think they have all the answers.

I think Bo is showing some maturity by not ripping into his players after the game.......Husker fans not so much.

I only saw only about 1 & 1/2 quarters and it seemed on several plays our defense was either looking at each other or the sidelines. They've got to get on the same page and play fast like our offense wants to play.

I thought we played a typical game. Turnovers, offense line blowing assignments,. What surprised me is Ciante Evans can't cover anyone with talent. I'm actually glad to see what the 2013 defense looks like cause these guys are inept.
