huskerfan74
The ignore function is meant mainly for the koolaid drinkers that do not want to face reality and hear the facts. Ignore away! Quote Link to comment
Sargon
IGNORE function is awesome. It even worked for me twice in this thread. 2 thumbs up for ignore! I'd say something about the lack of -1 (thumbs down) buttons in posts but that would be off topic so I won't say anything about the lack of -1 buttons (just for you Zoogs) Quote Link to comment
VA Husker Fan
Two suggestions: - Add an Ignore Thread option. - If I have a poster on ignore, ignore the threads that poster starts. Both help clean up the thread feed nicely, and helps keep one out of threads you shouldn't or don't want to be in. I've seen this on other forums, so I'm hoping it's easy to implement these here. Mavric
Since someone asked for how to do this..... 1 Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Asking the majority of users to ignore a vocal and agenda-driven minority seems like the best of ideas. There are other ways to curb these problems. Or they could be left to fester until the zit bursts. That's gone well in the past. 3 Quote Link to comment

teachercd
Most people don't ignore because they love responding too much. 3 Quote Link to comment
K9Buck
Why ignore when you can simply ban those that express unpopular ideas and exile them to an internet gulag? We can't allow unpopular ideas to be expressed! 2 Quote Link to comment

Either follow the rules & guidelines we have in place for P&R or find another message board. If you're incapable of making an appropriate decision on your own then we will make it for you. 3 1 1 1 Quote Link to comment

Wow, you are sensitive. I was merely pointing out that, for many, putting another on "ignore" isn't good enough for them. Not only do they NOT want to read a particular member's ideas, they don't want ANYONE to be able to read their ideas. Is saying this a violation of the rules too? Quote Link to comment
