LumberJackSker
To me, this is a very easy pitch. Show him all the D-Linemen Bo and Kaczenski have put in the league. Show him everyone that we have returning next year, offense and defense. Show him our favorable schedule next year. Then simple tell him, "We are banking on you signing with us and competing for a national championship next year. Can Ole Miss say that?" Get Terry Joseph and Rick Kaczenski out to him and show him that we need him. can we honestly say we're ready to win a national championship? i'm sure every coach pitches this to every recruit, you're the missing piece to the puzzle with you we'll be unstopable Quote Link to comment
EZ-E
I really think he goes to Ole Miss. Its funny that people that dont follow recruiting cant see how much our location hurts us. Even if we had a state has populous as Missouri with HS D1 talent, we would have no problem with stocking our roster. Quote Link to comment
CMT1525
I agree on him going to ole miss Quote Link to comment
IllinoisHuskerFan
JP, Kaz and Coach Joseph are visiting today Quote Link to comment
IllinoisHuskerFan
After what I saw last saturday I would say recruiting big board should read like this: 1. Hooks 1A. Willis 2.Sandland Quote Link to comment
StPaulHusker
After what I saw last Saturday I would say you take as many run-stuffing DT's as we can fit in the locker room. Quote Link to comment
ADS
He's all but commited to Ole Miss, I applaud the effort of our staff. But I think they joined the party a little too late for this one. Quote Link to comment
lionsfan93
JP, Kaz and Coach Joseph are visiting today Great to hear! I know he is high on Ole Miss, but we have some great recruiters heading out to him. Quote Link to comment
IllinoisHuskerFan
Brutal! Not only do we want him but we actually need him! We have several players from the south (Ameer, Imani, Alonzo Moore, PJ, Jonathon Rose, and a whole gang of guys from Texas) maybe he can be talked into a visit and meeting some of the other guys from down south ...doubt it but I suppose its possible.....GBR! HuskerShark
Ole Miss seems to get a lot of really good recruits every year, and that fact baffles me for two reasons: 1) How the hell do they continue to pull in recruits? They win 1-4 games every year but continue to pull really good recruits. HOW?! 2) How the hell do they not WIN with all of the talent they get? I realize they are in a tough conference, but they are a bottom-dweller almost every year. Blows my mind.... Quote Link to comment
hskerholic
Ole miss is in the hot bed for talent. They have probably the most talented junior college system right in their back yard, plus in the talent pool of the south. Go Big Red! Quote Link to comment
Comish
They fancy themselves as the "Harvard of the South" (no joke) Quote Link to comment
