Fox News, the GOP, and the loss of a generation

Buster, what?

Fox News put Phil Robertson, an ignorant Christian bigot, in a position to pose as an expert on radical Islam. He knows nothing about Islam. He is not an expert on anything other than duck calls. During that interview he also literally said how he'd fight radical islam - "convert them or kill them."

so, huge lol at him, at Fox, at anyone who listens to that crap.

this would be like asking rosie o'donnell to comment on the russia/ukraine situation.

or 9/11.

At least they're sorry:

“Fox & Friends” host Brian Kilmeade on Tuesday assured viewers that he and his co-hosts take domestic violence seriously, but did not apologize for joking about a disturbing new video that showed NFL star Ray Rice punching his then-fiancee in an elevator.

“Comments we made during this story yesterday made some feel like we were taking the situation too lightly," Kilmeade said. "We are not. We were not."

Wait, no they're not. My bad. :)

No, Knapplc, you were right the first time...they are "sorry", but just not in the sense you meant.

Fox News is discouraging young people from voting again, but this time the target is more specific: young women.

"The Five" co-host Kimberly Guilfoyle said Tuesday that young women should excuse themselves from voting in the upcoming midterm elections because they don't share the same "life experience" as older women and should just go back to playing around on Tinder and Match.com.

"It's the same reason why young women on juries are not a good idea," Guilfoyle said. "They don't get it!"

Earlier in the conversation, co-host Greg Gutfeld made the point that "with age comes wisdom" and the "older you get, the more conservative you get."

....

"They're [young women] like healthy and hot and running around without a care in the world," she concluded. "They can go back on Tinder or Match.com."

Wow.
