BigRedBuster
I agree, the coaches have to do their part. But, there are great coaches who haven't worked out at a certain place. I believe it's because, for some reason, the mentality of the team was such that no matter what the coach does, it doesn't change enough to win championships. Quote Link to comment

Ratt Mhule
Any coach that doesnt wear a headset is not a good coach. How is he actually suppose to communicate with his staff? All Hoke did was stand cross armed on the sideline and look clueless for a couple years. Quote Link to comment

All Hoke did was stand cross armed on the sideline and look clueless for a couple years. He had a headset on at critical times in the game or when he needed one. Any of Hoke's shortcoming where not bc of him not wearing a headset. His biggest setback was changing offenses and not having the personnel to execute. Quote Link to comment
NUinID
Oh hey, that Daishon Neal kid. I'm glad he's a Husker. Personally I think Daishon Neal has a tremendous upside. He is incredibly athletic he is just very raw. RS him for a year get him up to about 275 and you could have Randy Gregory with 25 more lbs on him. Quote Link to comment
