Schills22
I'm reading on 247 right now that this is the highest rated 4 star recruit of our class....I wonder if that is just on 247 or if it is across the board? he's number 43 in the espn300 Quote Link to comment
HuskerNation1
I read that Jalin is the #1 OG in the nation. Who was the last HS recruit we got that was number 1 in the nation at their position? Quote Link to comment
Hedley Lamarr
Stein? #2 tackle in nation Quote Link to comment
HIPP REDWINE ROZIER
Nice get. Welcome Jalin Quote Link to comment
Warrior10
It sounds like other schools had cooled on him (refers back to Mavric's comments about his performance during UA game). However, at the very least, re-establishing these OK roots, as well as the splash of landing a high profile recruit late in the game, these are tremendous positives. Â Now it's up to Cavanaugh to develop him. OU filled up. Arky had cooled but sounds like they tried to make another run. Quote Link to comment
HANC
Crabtree said last week that at the UA game (I think that was game he played in….if not, I apologize), he said this kid did well. All the "drills" that we were able to watch were unfair to the offensive player, just because of drill design and Crabtree said the he was always paired against some of the very best defensive recruits. Got beat some, but also had good things happen.  Crabtree was impressed with him and thought that we had an uphill battle with both OU and Arky. I am just impressed that MR and Cav were able to wrestle him away from two darn good programs.  Welcome about Jalin ! 2 Quote Link to comment

Thanks_Tom RR
Cavanaugh in-home on Sunday. Quote Link to comment
HuskerFowler
His stock is expected to fall a little because of the UA practices, so get ready for the " he got dropped because he committed to NU crowd" Quote Link to comment
Husker-Joe
WOW! I am impressed! HCMR drink you some coffee. Â Welcome Big Man to the Husker Family!! Quote Link to comment
DrunkInBottoms
Not sure why an OG draft stock would drop when he is probably facing very athletic DE's who can out maneuver him. He isn't an OT, OG's are made for trapping haha. Quote Link to comment
wiuhusker
Lucky was the highest rated player to ever sign with us. #2 RB, #2 for state of CA and #13 overall in the country. If I remember right Baker was ranked higher than that. I want to say Baker was a top 5 overall talent but that was as a tackle not T. Quote Link to comment
