ZRod Posted May 14, 2015 Share Posted May 14, 2015 Went for a run Sunday night and finally started lifting again for the first time since I moved, basically took a month off. It doesn't seem like I lost any strength, but I did lose some stamina. I fatigue a lot faster on my last few sets. I've also got a lot of twinges and tweeks going on in my neck and back.
