swmohusker
FIrst it was Indiana pushing us, then Mississippi st, and now Lousiville. Seems like this kid was just looking for another school to commit to besides us. Oh well, poor kid has to spend the next year or 2 playing for Petrino. Until ol Bobbo moves on or gets too close to his secretary. Quote Link to comment

Enhance
Best of luck to him at Louisville, but his announcement video is just stupid in my opinion. I wish more college athletes would just on the dotted line, be done with it and get to work. Quote Link to comment
HuskerNation1
Regardless of need this hurts our class. We wanna compete at a higher level we have to finish out on top with recruits like this. Depth may not be an immediate concern, but make no mistake it hurt. I don't think the coaches did anything wrong here, think he just got swayed at the last minute. To me I think it hurts more in the final rankings of the entire class than hurting at the WR position. If we didn't have any good WR's it would be a major blow, but given who we have now, who we have coming in the 2016 class, and the likely commits for 2017, we will be fine at wideout. We really need to get to work on the defensive line for 2017 though as that is my biggest concern moving forward. 1 Quote Link to comment

ScottyIce
It hurts me, that's for damn sure. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
I guess this is one to remember when the question of "does a guy ever decommit then commit to the same school later?" comes up. Quote Link to comment

NoLongerN
Can't say I wish him any luck. The 'tude' here in the end doesn't sit well with me. He played us. In the end he won't have POB throwing TD's to him. Louisville is not a school worthy of getting upset about, nor their coach. Moving on. 5 Quote Link to comment

My worry is that we don't have any "big" receivers working their way up. After next year, we don't have a single guy taller than 6-0. I would have sworn that Morgan was bigger but apparently not. Not much different than having some big hat ceremony on TV. However, what is frustrating is this entire Bleacher Report crap. It screws whatever school doesn't get picked. I believe if Bleacher Report wasn't in with these kids, he would have committed at least a week ago. But, they specifically asked him to wait till today. Even if it were us he picked, then it screws Louisville's chance to fill the spot. Never been a fan of BR and their involvement now in recruiting doesn't improve my view of them. 1 Quote Link to comment
Kiyoat Husker
from a silent commit to flipping on the day before signing day (with a stupid video) is classless. I get taking your time to make the correct decision, but they (dad and son) blindsided and misled our coaches. classless. 1 Quote Link to comment

Whatever he told the staff that made them feel like they didn't need to bring any visitors in over the final weekend is completely unacceptable. I would say best of luck to him, but I just can't. He clearly gave a strong indication that he was N and now it has cost our program because we don't really have the ability to bring in a quality WR to replace his spot in this class.
