Mavric
Frank Solich was never the answer. And still isn't. Quote Link to comment
EngineeringHusker
Definitely. Let's just how we can snag him up before someone else does... Quote Link to comment
Vitalis Jackson
Let's not do that. Quote Link to comment

Dansker
Hell... I'd take Frank, Ron Brown, Turner Gill back in a HEARTBEAT. 1 Quote Link to comment
CheeseHusker
They could probably take us to a Pelini-level, but not further. Obviously people would take that right now, but is that what we want long-term? I'm not against the firing of coaches, but I'd never do it without having a replacement in mind. That's the mistake this program keeps making. It's not who they fired, it's who they hired. Quote Link to comment

Bowfin
Where does MR . Rogers fit in that set? He could be Larry Culpepper's assistant selling Dr. Pepper on the commercials. They are both personable, outgoing, and like to be around football in a casual sort of way. Quote Link to comment
MichiganDad3
We need to do something to break the Solich curse. We lost 3 games and fired Frank. We have lost more than 3 games every year since. Solich finished in the top 10 three out of 6 years, and the top 20 two other years. Should we have a Frank Solich day, erect a statue ... Quote Link to comment

No, we use a time machine to warn T.O. of the future and for him to groom Scott Frost to change everything! Quote Link to comment
AFhusker
Frank Solich was never the answer. And still isn't. Somebody finally has a clue. Quote Link to comment
2ndNnine
I was and continued to be against Frank getting fired. That was the most toxic, our fan base has ever been. I remember people calling for T.O. to retire. This fan base is extremely toxic and entitled. I liked Frank. He pulled the trigger, fired Bohls and went 10-3. That kind of situation deserved another year for sure IMO. Played 3 decent teams, got absolutely buttpiped in all 3 games. 1 Quote Link to comment
HuskersNC949597
Buttpiped made me LOL. Not my proudest moment But yeah, bring back $Bill to be our AD! We were good at lots of stuff when he was around. I mean, except football in 2002, but other than that, baseball was darn good. Quote Link to comment
