huskered17
I noticed I was more excited watching the defense. This game could have been a shutout. GBR!!! Quote Link to comment
Comish
We learned that blizing and QB pressure ACTUALLY works. Lets hope our local Banker has learned that as well ! Quote Link to comment

74Hunter
Piscataway rhymes with pissthataway.....that'll come in handy some day. Great advice, I've used it allot this weekend. It's been really, really windy. Quote Link to comment

There's a "slight" possibility it worked because the opponent was.....ummm Rutgers. Under your logic.............then there was also a "slight" possibility that it MIGHT have worked vs Purdue, Illinois, NW, Wisky, BYU, et.al........ The point is...............ummm.............that it can't work unless it's at least attempted. Quote Link to comment

It's been attempted, though I'll give you the pass rush was more effective against Rutgers than any other game. But Rutgers looked awful and they have been getting worse the past 3-4 weeks, if that were even possible. Our defense looked better.....I just think the quality opponent might have had something to do with that. Quote Link to comment
SouthLincoln Husker
Our defense is getting confidence. Our coaching staff is learning. Tommy makes our offense go, but still makes bone headed mistakes. Our offensive line is a lot better with Sterup & Gates playing side by side. Cross is a beast, but too slow on delayed runs. ColoradoHusk
I've learned that NU fans are now super happy with a potential 6-6 season, and barely becoming bowl eligible, as long as there is only one blowout to an awful conference opponent and a couple of nice wins. Quote Link to comment
commando
i learned that the chicken little crowd is still here in full force. Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
I learned that Banker still can't design a defense to get a defender in front of the receiver on a Hail Mary, and Gangwish still loves to allow the QB to get out of the pocket and a free throw to the end zone on a Hail Mary. grandpasknee
I learned that in the world of Nebraska football 2015, a win over Rutgers is considered "progress". Sad. I learned that with all of their historical losing, Rilahan/Langsvell actually have the victory formation in their play book. Will both of you do the honorable thing and go away? One thing I wish could be "fixed" on HB....even when people are "ignored", their soggy cornflakes comments still show up when others quote them... Quote Link to comment
