21 interceptions on the year...

-13 turnover margin this year

-2 last year

Guys. Just like Davie was the scapegoat for the D, TA is for the O. Its the scheme he is in.....

Ironically, in 2014 TA threw 1 more TD, 9 less INT's, slightly more YPC and wait for it, approx 3 passes less per game..... Thats scheme folks......

NU didn't go from 7 years of 9 wins to losing to Purdue and Illinois based on the athletes on the field.......If thats the case that "inferior" talent resulted in the losses, then this would make Bo's 9 wins every year look almost god like with the "inferior" talent.

I think your stats are off a bit because TA missed the one game this year.

About 8 more pass attempts per game for TA this year. Completed about one more pass every other game is how the slightly increased percentage figures out. One fewer TD (on 38 more attempts). Four more INTs (worse INT %). Lower yards per attempt (by a noticeable margin). Lower QB rating.

Great coaching, crappy play from previous coaches recruits. Help is on the way.

Boom!

And for 20 years at OSU it was great coaching and crappy players too, right?

Just a crappy place to coach

Got...So NU just has crappy players and a great coach.

You could say that, they have improved as the year has gone along but there are no draftable seniors on this team. You know that and the rest of the state knows that. We hired great recruiters to fix that.

Bo was a genius. He had great players while he was here so he could win 9 games every year, but when he was fired, he made sure to leave only crappy players.

Which is this second highest number in school history, second only to 2004 under Bill Callahan. BC had a 2* option QB (Dailey) to work with while this year, we had two 4* spread guys and a 3* pro style QB on the roster. Some of the problem lies with Tommy, but the development of the QB position this year has been lackluster from 2 QB gurus.

I don't have to read any further before I call horsesh#t. But I will read further (posts). All of them.

Come on man, don't rock the boat. You are using your words too carefully to point fault of INTs away from what happens on the field. You knew what we had last season behind center. By the time Miami game ended you knew things would not change for our QB no matter what. I mean, he is the one who chucks it in the direction as he wishes.

Do people realize that Langs is actually considered a very good QB coach? To use Armstrong as an example to undermine that is a joke.

One of the hottest coaches that everyone is drooling over said he credits his QB coaching to what he learned from Langsdorf.

One of the "selling points" for Riley was his development of quarterbacks. We heard Mannion's name more than twice. Then of course, we hear about Langsdorf and how he helped in the development of Eli Manning.

So you can "call" whatever you like.

So, like Tom Osborne and about ten zillion other people have TRIED to tell Riley and Langsdorf.....RUN THE BALL. Problem is, Riley and Langsdorf do not believe in a strong running game. I mean, did you read Langsdorf's comment about running on 4th & 1 (or even previously on 3rd & 1).

And Jano had no carries.
