Where's our hypocrisy watchdog to point out the hypocritical silence from the conservatives on all this stuff?

 

Where, in fact, are any of the people who wanted Hillary thrown in jail on this site? Or was that a partisan point of view only?

Not sure who Knapp is referring to specifically as the "hypocrisy watchdog" but let me take a stab at this. This type of issue, whether we are talking about Hillary or Trump, should not be a conservative vs liberal issue.

I was away from the computer yesterday and thought that yesterday was a day that "went very badly" (DT- using his terminology).

This week could very well go down as the week that the Trump administration begins to literally fail (I'm not talking about the small fails of poor communication, foot in the mouth, poor roll out of the immigration ban).

1. The stock market cooling retracting - the shine is fading on the stock rally.

2. He is having real problems with health care roll out and his ability to "Make the Deal". Too many principled conservatives are against it as well as principled people on the other side of the aisle. If they have to go back to rewrite it - he and the Repub leadership will look like big failures. This will appear to be a big crack in his image as the deal maker.

3. But even the ACA rewrite is small potatoes when compared to whats going on behind the scene wt this never going away Russian situation. They have a "Yuge" political and PR disaster on their hands at a minimum. Whether it is "Deep State" (as some claim - just trying to undermine Trump) or a real crime and potential cover-up - the reality is that this admin is being undermined by real forces that may cripple it and make it inefficient at best and a failure at worse. Those forces include potentially illegal actions prior to the election which need to be fully investigated to remove any clouds or in worse case remove individuals, regardless of who they are or how high of an office they might hold.

Flynn discussed removing Turkish cleric from US and shipping him to Turkey in an extrajudicial manner:

 

 

 

Flynn didn't disclose that he was lobbying for Turkey while NSA (!!!) and was apparently caught working in their interests.

 

It's no small wonder he ISN'T one of the few offering to come forward to testify. This guy is a real dirtbag.

Why do people have to be so stupid and/or disingenuous?

 

The GOP is pretending to be totally upset that we've been spying on U.S. citizens (RE: Possible Trump communications being collected) or they are just dumb.

If John Doe is talking to Vladimir Belyakov (who is being monitored by the U.S.) about how to defeat Jane Doe in the presidential election, info on a U.S. citizen is going to be collected. There have to be 2+ people involved in communication.

How the hell do they expect us to capture U.S. citizens who are planning on joining ISIS or talking to ISIS? If U.S. citizens are talking to people we're monitoring, we're going to hear them too.
