I'm not sure of the polling but 

1. Oklahoma is Trump Land

2. He was/is a favorite of local talk radio (which I don't listen to any longer but I suspect he still is)

3. He's in a very Red district

4.  Our governor, also on the general election ballot, sees himself as Okla's version of Trump

 

So, he'll most likely win the seat in the state legislature.
