i am thinking that it is probably a foam they are spraying.......i don't think water would help much.

It's good that there's been recovery of the Great Barrier Reef over the last year, but if you read the report it's mostly because the last year the ocean around the reef did not have heat spikes and no major cyclones. Those gains can be lost relatively quickly.

 

A single year of data is insufficient to "shame" anyone talking about the climate.
