The DOJ should, and it looks like will,  fight the release of the affidavits until indictments are either made or declined.  I wouldn't think they would want to show what they had while they're still investigating.  I get that this is high profile, but isn't that one of the most basic investigating principals?

Why would the DA accept a plea if he's not cooperating? If he's making the plea then obviously they have enough evidence to have good odds at trial.
