While true, the #1 QB would get NIL money at any number of schools, many of which have a better track record of developing QBs for the NFL. Make no mistake, coming here is a risk for him. He knows that. The only motivation he has is the idea of reviving a dead program. If he comes here, he should be commended. Most recruits of his caliber take the easy route and go to the same 4 schools. I hope other top tier players realize they don't have to go to Ohio State/Georgia/Alabama to have a great college career. Quote Link to comment
SouthLincoln Husker
There has been too much drama in this recruitment. Even if he flips, it's not a done deal until the papers are signed! Quote Link to comment

They don't necessarily go to those schools bc they want their college years to be the best it's bc those schools have a track record of putting kids into the NFL. Quote Link to comment
Crusader Husker
I think some Husker fans think that DR will be a flop, maybe?? But what I think the non-bowl Huskers need right now is buzz and seeing who DR might bring with him as HS or portal recruits. The buzz and players are worth it right now, no matter how good he will be in the future. MY 2 cents. Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Georgia has one QB in this class... Quote Link to comment
Crusader Husker
Here is the deal, DR coming here has a larger impact than Georgia losing him. Georgia will be fine, but of course I don't care about any SEC scumbag team. Screw them all. 1 6 Quote Link to comment

Yeah it's not like Georgia would be hurting if DR didn't go there. There are some fans down there that actually think Puglisi is a better fit. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Georgia expected in-home later this week. I'm sure they'll try to convince him to not make the visit here. Quote Link to comment

MyBloodIsRed16
someone made a good point on a video I just watched. It had to do with Coach Rhule telling Kaelin that the would honor his commitment. You don't even bring it up if you aren't completely sure Raiola is coming. You are essentially risking a known for an uncertainty if they don't already know he's coming Quote Link to comment

There's no way Kaelin doesn't know. If you don't say anything, he's left wondering if he'll still have a spot. You tell him it's the same story as before he flipped to us. We have to go after Raiola. If he wants in, we'll take him. But we still want Kaelin in the class as well. 4 2 Quote Link to comment
