RedDenver
I would say this kid has no "shortridge" of talent. Get it, see what I did there? Ok I'll say it......I Like this guy and because of a Shortridge at defensive tackle in this class I hope he commits! Someone beat you, man... Sorry... Yeah so suck it! also got berated for the lowbrow! Some HB members need to lighten up! So is B-rated a 3 star? Quote Link to comment
StPaulHusker
Everyone mentions Suh for D line but Crick was no slouch. Who knows what he could have done had he stayed healthy. Quote Link to comment
WAHusker
Paul, i love that Crick was a nebraska boy and he was good...... but he was nowhere near Suh, and will never be. Suh is a freak that we will only see once a decade, if not longer. I got love for Crick, but Suh was on a whole different level. Quote Link to comment

Decked
Nate Clouse @NateClouse Loxahatchee (FL) Seminole Ridge DT Kyle Shortridge confirmed to HuskerOnline tonight that he'll be officially visiting #Nebraska Sept. 1st Quote Link to comment
irieboy8
sounds like a great visit to set up... lets just hope we make a great impression..... memomories can be short that early in the season... unless we set the standard which all others cannot hope to meet! Quote Link to comment
jsneb83
His top 5 consists of Nebraska, Boise St, Wake Forest, West Virginia, and Texas A&M. We are the only official that he has scheduled thus far. "I'm going to take this visit first and see how much I like Nebraska before I think about taking other officials," Shortridge said. "I've been talking with coach Kaczenski and getting prepared for what I'm going to see. "The environment on the campus and within the program is important for me. I want to be in a comfortable place." Quote Link to comment

Sounds almost like he is giving NU a shot at sealing his commitment before even scheduling anything else. Quote Link to comment

Schoeny
Where is he on our board as far as DT goes? It looks to me like he's it for HS DT, and we'd love to take his commitment. I assume like every year, we do want a DT out of HS this year, and I'm guessing he's ahead of Leath and Woods on our board at this point. Quote Link to comment
ADS
I would say hes close to the top of the list, but Toby Johnson should still be #1 on the board. Quote Link to comment
caveman99
I would say hes close to the top of the list, but Toby Johnson should still be #1 on the board. True but I would guess that the staff would take both if possible and be done at DT. Quote Link to comment
