  1. Ha. Tom Brady's pre-snap cadence included a yell of "REX RYAN!"

If he could throw 5 interceptions... That'd be great...

Wow, the Bills defense is brutalizing New England tonight. I don't think I've ever seen Brady punt on so many passes in one game.

Man. I love Rex Ryan. I hope he always coaches in the AFC East. An entertaining and very worthy opponent.

  2. I know it'll sound weird, but this has been a really fun year, you guys. Can't wait for this Friday. GBR!

    1. ScottyIce

      ScottyIce

agreed, as long as you don't post any more weird links to volleyball coaches twitter accounts.

      I like those weird links!

  3. How horrible. Kind of puts into perspective fighting with other users online, about anything. Humans do the most awful things to each other. We can do better. :(

      Yeah no doubt

  4. DT K.Williams gets a 6th year. Sweet!

  5. This is a big week. After the emotional highs of last Saturday, it's got to be "Back To Work" mode. Rutgers can score.

Google their field. Looks like the Huskers field and endzone. A mini Memorial Stadium.

  6. I'm not stopping tonight until I run out of +1's. Spread the cheer! Show some love! GBR!

Don't mind the sour grapes, JJ. Nothing can get me down today. It was amazing! Enjoy it!

  8. Cowboys owner issuing statement of support for Greg Hardy today. Oh, man. Condolences. Did something terrible happen to him?

    1. It'sNotAFakeID

      It'sNotAFakeID

He was only paid millions of dollars to play football and beat women. Rough life.

    2. Danny Bateman

      Danny Bateman

It's so f****** g****** ridiculous and backward that HARDY is the one getting a statement of support here. I'm irate!

      I WAS WRONG.

  10. Packers-Broncos tonight, huh? Both unbeaten. Classic matchup. Shades of Super Bowl past.

  11. Did Freedom play yesterday?

I don't "expect" to hear much of anything in a game like that. I would like to hear somebody step up on this defense though.

    3. JJ Husker

      JJ Husker

Agreed, would be good if some players on both sides of the ball stepped up rather than rolled over.

    4. zoogs

      zoogs

Wait, so did he play or not? I know Dzuris was in. Haven't been sure of Freedom's health status.

  12. So, that game actually did end 55-45? Guess I missed a TD and an onside kick. Would've been nice to see, if meaningless.

Jordan had a wild touchdown late.

  13. QB, RB, OT, WR, WR, CB, S-less Huskers can't overcome 5 disastrous turnovers from the backup QB. Ugh.

  14. Tommy out. Oh, *man*.

    1. JJ Husker

      JJ Husker

Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment but I'm kind of excited to see what Fyfe can do. Nobody better than Purdue to try out the backup. Lord knows he wasn't going to see any action without an injury.

    2. ColoradoHusk

      ColoradoHusk

I think it definitely adds some more interest in the game. Not sure if I am excited about Fyfe, but at least intrigued.

I'm intrigued, excited, and scared. Should be interesting. Let's just try to get a win here.

I was searching for an old Gandhi quote that I remembered from somewhere, but it turns out that I had it all wrong! :

  16. From Coach K to Coach Pops. Not bad, Team USA

  17. https://twitter.com/Andy_Benoit film breakdowns are awesome. Wish he'd do it for the Huskers.

If I had time, I would attempt it. I love breaking down film.

  18. How odd: ‏@slmandel Steve Spurrier went 44-40 in the SEC at South Carolina and could get a parade. Mark Richt is 80-36 at Georgia and could get his car keyed.

Harbaugh would get a free pass at 2-4!?! The stuff made up to excuse Riley is dumbfounding.

    3. Landlord

      Landlord

Michigan was predicted to have a 7-6 ish season by almost everyone preseason. Harbaugh would absolutely have a very cushy grace period even if his team was below .500

    4. QMany

      QMany

Are we comparing the team that went 5-7 to the team that went 9-4? Harbaugh's coaching has improved his team, Riley's has not. If Harbaugh was to have done worse than 5-7, he would have been given no free pass, much like how Riley shouldn't get one. .

Ah, thanks. About those phablet phones, I've always wondered...how on earth do people carry them around? Those who don't have purses or handbags, I mean. They don't seem very pocket friendly.

Debris on the field again. Also, the team showing some gamesmanship by taking a lot of time to come back on the field for 2nd half while USMNT is waiting.

And a players scrum before halftime.

I'm guessing he's less douchey (for lack of a better term) than current or past late night hosts, regardless of broadcast house? I wish I could watch it. This eastern time zone and work thing sucks. I don't see anything past 930 cst.

colbertlateshow.com, if you have the time. It's kind of the same show as the old one, but with more guests and music. And he makes his points in a different way. I can't keep up with the longer format as much either, but he seems to be crushing it.

  25. Keegan-Micahel Key or James Franklin? It's uncanny. http://bit.ly/1LlSNTz
