    Wow! Shocked to hear Coach Riley fired Banker! It will be interesting/fun to see who he hires. Interesting on Riley's part and fun on the Huskerboard's part as people speculate who the new DC will be!

      Yeah, it was shaping up to be a long and pretty pessimistic off season. This should improve the mood and inject some hope entering next year. I know it changed my outlook immediately.

      It wasnt even close to begin with. Our offense(especially) and defense in '95 was way better than Bama this year. Not even close ever even if they won this game imo.

      Yep. It's all good. We won't be a national contender until we can beat Wisconsin at Wisconsin, Ohio State at Ohio State and Michigan at Michigan. I'm hoping Scott Frost comes home!

      He had concussion-like symptoms after making the tackle on the opening kickoff. They held him out of the rest of the game for precautionary reasons.
