The flow of the game was just completely bad. The refs didn't help NU. And NU definitely didn't help themselves.

I found it odd that Nebraska's pressure defense was totally eliminated by tight officiating, yet, Ohio St's pressure defense was just fine, and highly effective.

I kind of agree with TheSker. Not with the smartass way he put it about the experienced staff and blah blah blah....but I'm fairly tired of seeing guys take the field week after week who are giving half assed effort. Yes, position of need sure, it f#*k that, get em out of there.

The end of that game could be played 100 times and while the final result would always have one team winning and the other losing, each series would be different. Timelines rarely repeat themselves with so many players involved and if we had given them less than half the time to operate, 20 secs instead of a minute and a longer field, the outcome wouldn't be a guarantee but should have been in our favor.
